Finally the other half

I am putting a marker in the sand. I am going to do the other 300+ miles of the South West Coastal Path, but not until June. Let the training begin!

Little Mi is preparing by sitting in the car and getting up to mischief when no one is looking!

Training regime

  1. Yoga weekly class x 3 week at home.
  2. Monthly hill walk with Mick in Derbyshire
  3. Stamina training gym x 2 week
  4. Monthly Park run
  5. Walk and cycle as much as possible

Walking from Poole to Sennen so meet up with friends again.
