Perfect day for walking cool but sunny. It was easy section, with only a small amount of cliff walking. Great to have a relaxed day. If you ever want to see a beautiful church call into Lelant which is a couple of miles out of Hayle.Its 10 or 11th century. The carving in the ceiling is magnificent. 

As we approached St Ives it got much busier. No one was able to swim in the sea due to sewerage being swept down into the bay after such heavy rainfall! So everyone was heading into St Ives. We decided to miss the crush and caught the train straight back to Hayle. Very scenic journey. We then went to find our B&B which we stayed in over 25 years ago because Lauren was n’t born! It’s great, out in the middle of no where. Peace. Early night as killer walk tomorrow.
