Despite torrential rain again first thing , it had almost dried up by 11am. The first day I have actually done the walk more quickly than the time stated in the book. It was a fairly easy leg without many ups and downs. About 12 miles. Came across the Moors and then onto Godrevey and down onto Hayle Beach. Met Andy and we were finished by late afternoon which was a lovely change. The only thing that made it more physical was walking into a gale force wind again.
Relaxed in a pub for a couple of hours. Felt like I was on holiday. ( forgot yes, I am). We have only a few more days left now. I am beginning to feel like I would like to be home again. Its been a great experience.
Well done petal you are nearly there! Looking forward to seeing your brown toned bod and helping you un-tone it with a wee tipple or three!
